Rules:

• Birthday bookings are to be made 7 working days in advance
• All birthday bookings remain provisional and unconfirmed until you are contacted by Gold Reef City Theme Park. A confirmation email or fax will be sent through to you to confirm the birthday booking.
• You must be under 13 years of age to qualify for membership.
• Birthday bookings are limited to 20 days before and after your birthday.
• A 48 Hour turn around time is required for confirmation of membership. (please provide correct e-mail address)
• Birthday bookings must be made during office hours only: Monday - Friday between 8h00 - 17h00.
• If no birthday booking is made but you are in possession of a valid ID, you will qualify for free entrance to the Theme Park on the date of your Birthday.
• No Food and/or party packs are allowed into the Theme Park - all is supplied within the Theme Park at your own cost
• Everybody must wear shoes at all times when in the Theme Park
• Please note that NONE of our birthday club restaurants serve alcohol
• A signed fax/email will be sent to you confirming your booking & details
• Adults are not included in the package.
• Your own birthday cake is allowed.
