Gold Reef City Casino is a member of the Casino Association of South Africa.

1. Strike It Rich cardholders must be over 18 years of age. A valid photo ID document will be required before application for membership is accepted.
2. The person named on the face of the card must sign the Strike It Rich card.
3. Strike It Rich cards may only be used by the person named on the face of the card.
4. Gold Reef City Casino may replace a card at its discretion or if the qualification criteria are not met for the relevant status card.
5. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that the Strike It Rich card is inserted in the slot machine or handed to the tables' supervisor prior to playing. Accumulation of loyalty points are the sole responsibility of members.
6. Gold Reef City Casino reserves the right to levy a fee to replace a lost or stolen Strike It Rich card. Replacement cards supplied to members due to any circumstances whatsoever will be done so at the member's cost.
7. Membership and benefits of the Strike It Rich Club are not transferable and only one membership is permitted.
8. The reward programme is only applicable to natural persons. The Strike It Rich card remains the property of Gold Reef City Casino and Gold Reef City Casino reserves the right to change the conditions of membership at any time, including any programmes associated with it, rewards and benefits, point accumulations, special offers, awards, points, expiry periods and rates at which points are earned.
9. Points are valid for 12 months, after which time they will expire. Expired points cannot be reclaimed.
10. Gold Reef City Casino is not responsible for any loss of monies/or points resulting from a lost/stolen Strike It Rich card or any other cause whatsoever. Employees of Gold Reef City Casino and any other Akani Egoli property, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in any of the Strike It Rich activities.
11. When claiming prizes, special offers, club benefits or redeeming vouchers, the cardholder must present his/her Strike It Rich card together with a valid Identity Document.
12. Strike It Rich benefits and points earned through play can only be redeemed by or accrued to the person whose name appears on the front of the card.
13. No points may be earned by someone else's play.
14. Fraudulent usage of the Strike It Rich card will result in loss of Strike It Rich Club membership and all privileges, etc. will be revoked.
15. Complimentary services are extended to members based upon the decision of management. Gold Reef City Casino reserves the right to alter or cancel the programme at any time without prior notice.
16. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Gold Reef City Casino will be final and binding.
17. It is the responsibility of the Strike It Rich Club member to notify the Club Manager of any changes in address or personal details.
18. Strike It Rich Club membership without activity for a significant period of time will not be considered for special offers and benefits. Strike It Rich promotional material and literature may, from time to time, constitute variations of existing Strike It Rich policies or introduce new policies and conditions.
19. All information about the membership and the use of the Strike It Rich card shall become and remain the property of Gold Reef City Casino. Gold Reef City Casino is under no obligation to disclose such information unless obliged to do so under the valid laws of theRepublic of South Africa.
20. The Strike It Rich programme is administered and controlled by Akani Egoli (Pty) Ltd trading as Gold Reef City Casino.
21. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary of these conditions, the accumulation of and redemption of points and the upgrade and downgrade in status tiers (such as silver and gold status) are subject to the sole and absolute discretion of Gold Reef City Casino.
22. Gold Reef City Casino benefits are not applicable in conjunction with any other programme, promotion or offer, unless otherwise indicated by Gold Reef City Casino.
23. Children under 12 years, unless supervised by a person 18 years or older, are not allowed in areas not demarcated for family entertainment.
24. Creche and childcare facilities are available for children aged 18 months to 13 years. Children under the age of 18 months are to be supervised by persons 18 years and older.
25. Visibly intoxicated persons will not be allowed to gamble.
26. No liquor will be served to visibly intoxicated persons.
27. Machines may not be reserved by using credits or jackpot cups.
28. Guests are not allowed to play more than one machine at a time during busy periods.
29. Important: Under No circumstances would any Credit Transactions (Debit card, Credit card and Cheque) be processed at the Cash Desk without a South African ID (Green Book) being present. This would only apply to cardholders whom have not presented their South African ID upon registration onto the Strike It Rich Programme.
